GoodGym Bath virtual tabata workout - we love air jacks!
5 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Bath.

This week for our virtual fitness session we went back to tabata - 20 second of an intense exercise followed by 10 seconds rest. This is a really good way to stay motivated and put in that extra effort even when you get tired!
We went all the way across the whole body with 5 different sets. Each section had 4 exercises where we did 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, twice over.
We started with some cardio (enjoying/hating 'air jacks'!), then we moved to to some chest exercises, then we mixed up squat pulses with squat jumps (nasty, but effective!), then we focused one some core exercises where we got down on the ground and then finally we really went for it with a 'burnout' session to really push our cardio to the max.
As always it was a great way to see everyone from their different locations and we look forward to seeing you next week!
