GoodGym ‘Dash’ to the rescue of Park Kids!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Coventry.

'Twas the night before Park Kids when two hardy GoodGymers answered the distress call from Park Kids. Apparently their leader was trapped at the National Running Show (I can think of worse places to be trapped...) while dressed as Dash, the Kids Run Free mascot, and they were desperate for volunteers.
James and Allan sprang into action and with the help of Elvi from Kids Run Free the course and warmup area were set up and ready to go. First up... a game of turtles! Kids vs Parents. Kids won, of course! A few rounds of stuck in the mud ensued followed by some warmup exercises, then it was time for the main event.
With parents set up at strategic cheering points around the 250m course the runners got underway, collecting a band for each lap they completed in the 20 minute time limit. With much cheering and encouraging from parents and helpers the runners amassed a remarkable number of bands which were traded for stickers and high fives!
