10 GoodGymers from across the London boroughs met this Saturday to take on Hampstead Heath parkrun in the baking heat. The sun was hiding behind the clouds, so thankfully it wasn't as warm as it could have been... but you could have fooled us!!! Well done to everyone on managing to complete the hilly course in such warm conditions.

Thank you Emily and Paul for recommending Burgh House for post-parkrun coffee & cake, it was a lovely place! We seemed to be crashing a wedding in our sweaty state (the poor family...)
