What a great turnout for this month's quiz at the care home. So much so, we out numbered the residents!! Ross, Eleanor, Daryl and Caprice met for a short group run to the session. Sue, Paul, Janet and first timer Katie meeting them at the care home. It was lovely to have Katie on board, a what a great first session. Also it was nice to see Eleanor again (we didn't scare her off last week with the painting task!!) Both sporting their new GoodGym T-shirts... Looking good!! The residents were as always happy to see us, they even had refreshments ready. They are a good bunch. The teams split into two with Janet, Paul and Sue joining "Vicky's Wine Rack Club" and Daryl, Katie, Eleanor and Ross joining "Don't Know Alot" With Caprice being Quiz-master starting with a Round 1 - Animals and Food Trivia. This was followed by Round 2 - Random Geography Facts, Round 3 - True or false and Round 4 - The picture round - Name The Currency. Finally, Round 5, the music round, trickier than usual (mean Caprice) The teams were amazing with this week being a tie at 62. It was all down to the tie breaker question: Who invented the Hovercraft? Faster correct answer went to "Don't Know Alot" with Cockerell, with "Vicky's Wine Rack Club" quickly adding Christopher. I think Don't Know Alot took the crown this time.... Just. Who will it be next month? Don't forget to check out Bournemouth's next Group run, next Monday helping Mark at Hope Housing. See you there!
