Two GoodGymers joined the volunteer roster for the fifth War Memorial junior parkrun.

Wearing our hi viz and carrying parkrun branded whistles in case of emergency, we were shown to our marshalling points under the slightly drippy trees and we cheered 64 runners to the finish line.

We then enjoyed a chatty 3 miles taking a slightly different route around the park to see the sunflowers and the Japanese garden.
