Holey Moley What a Hot Run!
5 GoodGymers made their way 12.0km to help the Friends of Leagrave Park in Luton.

This week five runners made their way, through the heat and humidity, to Leagrave Park, where as part of the upcoming weekend festivities nine rowan trees will be planted for the community to enjoy.
Our task was to cut the holes in the turf and give the spots a good watering, ready for the weekend. We also helped move a lot of kit for the festival.
Once done there we went for a quick lap of the park with a core-blasting workout thrown in to help get those cores toned up, and a few hamstring stretching moves as well, before heading home in slightly cooler air.
