After a request for a volunteer from the Kingston council, I got on my bicycle for an icy cycle to pick up the gas cards from the resident to have them topped up. Mrs J and her children had sadly been without heating or hot water as it had run out. There were very helpful staff at the post office to help me with the successful top up. Hopefully the family can now have a warmer night in these chilly conditions. ❄️❄️
