As thermometers across the city hit 0°, seven goodgym runners met in Ely to help out at the Grow Well Project.

The Grow Well Project is a health and well being project for the community. Growing a wide range of organic veg & developing a reflection garden space.

Our runners spent their time using sleepers to create new flower beds, pruning bushes, massacring invasive thorns and preparing the ground for fruit trees to prosper.

Just as feeling was disappearing in each runners extremities, time was up and the evenings gardening was complete... for this week. GGC&V will return next Monday to give a hand at Grow Well again.
