Awesome to see Brad, Emily & Fletcher & Richard & Bex at parkrun this morning.

Still hot and muggy they showed up and ran the 5k. Emily went the extra mile will her longest run and PBS were had by Brad with buggy and an uncover Richard getting a PB and within top 100.

I was on marshal duty, I do love it, especially at the finish funnel corner.
