16 runners do a range of wacky jobs in West Norwood and Judy gets her wings!

A very wet day meant a smaller Lambeth group than usual but still some new runners. Welcome!

The big news was the most excellent Judy Reid got her red T-shirt with wings! 100 good deeds and still smiling.

We set off on our 2 mile run up to Norwood and everyone managed it in good time. John was waiting for us and we cleared a load of rubbish out the way and moved some heavy things about. The work we have done to clear the space out of the back of the Portico over the last 2 years really shows and they recognise the help we give them by putting the GoodGym logo on the flyer for their monthly West Norwood Feast. Thanks John!

A solid run home then off to warm up because, you know, May is a cold month right?
