Just leaf it to Goodgym. Weed love to help!
5 GoodGymers made their way 10.0km to help the Emmaus in Coventry.

5 GoodGym members ran/walked/cycled to Emmaus, a charity providing 'a home and meaningful work for formerly homeless adults in Coventry and Warwickshire'.
There were two large beds which needed to be cleared of weeds and a few shrubs that had become overgrown with the sun and rain combination we have been having recently. We enjoyed having a good catch up chat whilst turning over the soil and removing the weeds and filled several wheelbarrows of green waste in the process. The haircut we gave the shrub was exactly what was needed after some serious lockdown growth!
Good(gym) to see you all, 'weed' love to see you again next week!
