We capped a year of monthly tasks on the open grasslands in Ham on this freezing yet beautiful morning. There was less of us than usual so it was nice to get the chance to interact more with the regular Friends of Ham Lands. Fuelled by a mince pie we got to work on cutting back the brambles from one of the walking routes. Afterwards we made the customary trip to the Swiss bakery for a hot drink.
