We helped the Luton and Dunstable Conservation Volunteers on a sunny Winsdon Hill. This pocket of grassland is in the process of being expanded by opening up the surrounding scrubland.
Many fallen, wonky and overhanging trees were cleared away and either burnt or added to a wood pile for the critters to make a home.
The task we did here last year had clearly made quite a difference and the area is much more accessible and welcoming now, hopefully walkers appreciate the views over the town!
