Four GoodGymers took on a variety of roles at this week’s Luton Wardown Parkrun - course set-up, marshal, funnel manager and barcode scanner. Beautiful morning for it!

Today was particularly notable as it marked Martin’s 100th good deed - a great milestone for him but also for the group just a little over a year since we started. Well done!
