A nice surprisingly mild night welcomed the Goodgym runners to the hidden gem that is Cody dock nestled by the river Lea,

As the runners all assembled Basia gave us our instructions , to give the benches that we oiled last week another coat of oil preservative to protect them for the oncoming winter months and to rub down and repaint the white walls in the gallery ,

The team split into two to undertake the tasks and soon made short work of the sanding and painting whilst Basia once again provided a lovely cup of Tea , and we tucked in to some lovely peanut butter treats provided by hilary to celebrate her 300th task, then to top the evening off it was suddenly remembered there was 4 large sofas that needed to be taken from the storage area and placed in the gallery room ,and boy were they heavy ! , before the team enjoyed a nice chatty run back down the river lea
