6 runners went to Interact charity at Moulsham mill to paint their games room

6 runners met at Parkrun to volunteer or run the event representing the crew in their Goodgym Tee's!

We then met at 10 am at the Ideas hub and headed over to the mill to meet Susie from Interact who told us about the good work they have been doing with young people with learning difficulties and their families.

We had begun the painting on our last session on Wednesday evening so were soon back in action adding a top coat and painting the skirting boards and radiator.

As everyone had run park run there was an overwhelming vote for not adding more fitness so we headed back to the hub alongside the river at a leisurely pace. Special mention to Nichola who joined us for the first time and to Amy returning after a while off!
