Braaaaaaa, it was a little tonight in Bexley, so it was triple layers on when leaving the house, then realising you've put to much on when you start running (haha).

Tonight we headed over to our good friends at Danson Youth Centre to continue our battle with the astro turf. We visit regularly to sweep the sand off that keeps coming back through the surface. This is hard work but it allows our local children to continue using it safely, so keeping them of the streets........

With a team of sweepers and teams of shovelers there was no need for a work out this evening. No, not because we were being lazy, but due to the fact that sweeping the sand and shoveling it is a proper workout in itself. It also gave us an extra 15 minutes on the task to get as much done as possible.

Shout outs tonight go to Sean. Thanks for looking out for the back runners. The Bexley Mencap crew for always being there and working extremely hard.
