Plogging - Rubbish way to keep fit
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Cardiff.

Disappointed not to be able to make the Cardiff group plogging sessions, and frustrated by the amount of litter he'd seen on his recent jogs in Cardiff, Nathan used his RED (run every day) January Day 4 run to plog.
Running out to RWCMD he took note of the litter hotspots, and on his return home donned gloves and a litter bag to start collecting rubbish. Two full bags of litter were collected on the return journey, and had he packed more bags, Nathan probably could've filled some more (some might say Cardiff has a litter problem).
