Today GoodGym runner Ellen popped into Tesco (other major shopping chains are also available), to pick up some fresh fruit, veg, meat, bread and milk for Mrs D. She lives on her own and has mobility issues at the best of times, so helping her out during 'lockdown' has been a privilege! She's a lovely lady, who misses having good old face-to -chats with the local shop keepers, but most of all misses hugs. Hopefully soon she'll be reunited with her grown children, and have a lovely hug from them.
