Michelle was Run Director this morning at Norwich parkrun.

It was a beautiful sunny Autumn morning where 431 came to start the weekend in the best way.... a 5k!

The sign on the bridge to 'power up' was pretty cool, I wonder how many runners tapped it?! There were 68 personal bests so maybe it worked for some of them!
