Rainbows, teas and good company at Alexandra Rd Community Garden
10 GoodGymers made their way to help the Alexandra Road Community Garden in Sheffield.
- Sunday, 3rd of February 2019
- Led by Sheffield runner
10 GGrs enjoyed a winter morning in the sun helping out at Alexandra Road Community Garden.
We soon got to work and split up into teams:
- Team prune back: Ash and Diaina
- Litter picking duo: Kat and Kylee
- Team Groundforce/Ground(broken)fork: Zof and Steve dug over a frozen patch of garden, unfortunately there were a couple of tool casualties
- Good deeder weeders: Celine, Dana, Rachel, joined by Kylee (post litter pick)
- Good Allrounder Andrew helped with the garden's community notice board, and later helped with pruning and Bag-Ash later helped Clipper-Kat with the raised beds.
Special mention to AWESOME ANDREW for completing 50 GG good deeds today! Rainbows appeared in celebration, with some lovely tea and biscuits provided by the Alexandra Road Community Garden Team :) :) :)
