This week saw a late change to the schedule as our friends at Broomfield Hospital weren’t ready for us so we went to see our other friends at InterAct instead.

Just as we were ready to leave ARU Adam came rushing in from work still in shirt and tie and like superman did a quick change around and we were off. Running through the high street we were cheered on by Leanne going the other way with her family (come back soon ;-P )

We arrived at Moulsham mill and were greeted by Brian the caretaker who showed us where the work for us to would be.

Tonight’s task was to move 3 areas of paper down into the board room and then separate for shedding. With drinks and a tin of biscuits laid out I could see the hunger in everyones eyes ands so we cracked on, with a promise of drink and biccy after a job well done.

With all the bags ands boxes of paper on three different floors this turned into a fantastic workout. Then after paper, binders and folders separated, drinks drank, biscuits eaten, and a final group photo taken we headed back, not before we stopped to enjoy a lovely sunset.

A slightly longer route home we said goodbye to James C enroute and made our way back to ARU at a nice chatting pace. Arriving back, we stretched off and discussed what our weekends had planned.

Good luck to all those running this weekend and next weeks group run will be lead by David

Thanks for coming tonight guys and remember…

Run Happy

Rich
