Friday Hub and 2 goodgymers went on a chicken run at ESK for the 1st shift of the day. Angela was not on site and only a few volunteers when Steph arrived on site, followed by JP. No rota was up, no sign of Angela so nobody knew what was going on or where they were going to complete a task. So we all just ran around like headless chickens and setup where and what was needed to start the tea/coffee station, help putting all the tables, chairs, games and grocery bag area. The team managed 🙌. All in place with a bit of organised chaos...none of the guests knew that a chicken run was happening before the Hub opened for them. JP was the king of Bingo today and helped with the setup 👌 Steph was on delivery duties then parcel bags on top of setting up. Loads of spinach to bag up for Olive(Morgan ESK volunteer) and Popeye(Steph)
