Cheeky 5 mile run and laying down of some stones to help build a path for the scouts. Met some fellow GoodGymers and a dog called Diffy who kindly licked my face! Thank you to Julian (our guide for the morning). Didn't have a clue what to do, but Julian was very patient and kept an eye on us all!
