Tonight, after a very muggy day we were greeted by a rain storm! Oh dear, oh dear! Oh well the litter pick was put back a couple of weeks and Liam led the way on a steady run.

After not so long we ended up at the Mail box for the first time in a while, so it was time for those infamous hill repeats! Everyone pushed hard in the soggy conditions and of course 'enjoyed' themselves.

Once the 'pain game' was complete the group headed back to 1000 Trades for a well earned refreshment
