I did a brisk walk to her house having run this morning; Miss F greeted me and made a lovely cuppa for us both. She was quite amused to hear about Goodgym and all the different tasks we do. We sat and chatted and she told me all about her family. There were a few poignant moments when she remembered each of her parents who she misses dearly. It was lovely to talk about different pasta dishes as I love making pasta from scratch and she is from an Italian background.
