Sortsumas for your Christmas stocking

A festive shift at the Real Junk Food Project warehouse this morning, sorting through a crate of (mostly mouldy) satsumas to save the edible ones. It's not the most glamorous of job, but seems like a rite of passage, from the hot summer rotten satsuma sorting horror stories some of the regular volunteers told me!
