Report written by Melanie Young (she/her)
A couple of years ago, Mrs E had done a lot of work to her steep slope of a garden, with terracing and lovely planting.
She then got poorly and couldn't take care of it, so Charlie and Melanie stepped in on the first day of real spring (and British Summer Time) to give it a good old short back and sides with lots of sweeping of the terraced paths.
An hour-and-a-half flew by so we took stock (not from the garden) with a sit down and lovely cup of tea and finished off with another 30 minutes of clearing - the green wheelie bin was full to the brim and we'd had a huge dose of fresh air.
We left Mrs E with her super-cute (definitely black) labrador and her super-cute cuddly polar bear (definitely white) and strict instructions to suit in the garden and enjoy a few moments in her haven before finding lots more things to do!
