A few GoodGym members came together online to do yoga.
Yoga talk Lunges, including yoga poses like warriors and exalted positions, are excellent exercises for building strength and flexibility. They target the hips, legs, and core, promoting stability and balance. Lunges offer a more holistic approach, integrating flexibility with strength, making them a valuable addition to a balanced workout routine.
