Four GoodGymmers were welcomed by Julie to Hogsmill Community Garden on this sunny but chilly Saturday morning. To get us warmed up, Claire and Petra moved 3 wheelbarrows worth of logs from one end to the garden to the composting area, building a neat pile as we were a little early. Zoe & Craig got stuck in sifting soil that can be used for planting later on whilst Petra and Claire brightened up 2 compost heaps by painting them green. Brian kindly moved the large growing wormery out of the way so we could paint the sides and finish the job. Now all the compost heaps match ;) Job done. Hogsmill will be looking to book us on regular bases to get the garden ready for spring. Looking forward to it.
