Part 3 of the task to clear the courts at the Ardagh. Lovely to see more familiar faces today as we set to work with shovels, loppers and brooms the size of which were quite impressive. But we didn’t touch the brand new broom as this was for the last dance with Michael Johnson.

There was definitely no fog, log, bog or dog but there was a hedgehog. The highlight of the morning was Charlie spotting a hedgehog that had got stuck trying to get through the fence. After making a cosy bed for it in a wheelbarrow with some leaves we moved Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle to her new home so that she could continue her adventures.

After an hour of clearing we’d made a big difference but it definitely needs more visits. Thanks everyone :)
