Today, along with the regular volunteering crew I was GoodGym's sole representative at the Borough Food Collective (BFC).

Today's delivery of stocks was made up of a whopping 85 crates. The majority of the delivery were vegetables, large delivery of various loaves of bread, and another quantity of 'Hello Fresh' parcels which required separating and making the contents as individual items for sale. Also arriving were Milky Way cake bars and chocolate-flavoured Soreen Loaf bars. In addition to the above, once again I was on cheese-cutting duty, cutting a large block of cheddar cheese into 32 blocks.

Once again, we successfully managed to sort and stock all the deliveries ready for Thursday's supermarket. 😊👍
