"Rain, rain, go away, come back on Tuesday when its not our Goodgym day"..............

Yep, tonight we were running in the rain, but as they say, there's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong equipment!! Tonight we headed out to our friends at the Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice shop in Welling. The positive was its always a lovely warm welcome when we get there so it really doesn't take us long to dry out. As always we were kindly greeted with refreshments which is also welcomed.

Tonight we had a few tasks that needed doing. â–ª Shelves dusting and polishing â–ª Clothes sorting and tagging â–ª Sorted clothes onto hangers â–ª Stock room shelves tidying up and sorted out

I think the clothes sorting tasks is among our favorites as the ladies love sorting through all the fashions and fancy dress outfits that they seem to always come across. The guys weren't shy with the polish either as they gave the whole shop an amazing spring, OK, winter spruce up.

Remember we now have a walking group at Bexley Goodgym so if you're not quite ready to run you can still join us. Thanks to Nick for getting the walkers safely to and from the venue last night. Always appreciated!!

As you can see we had a lot to do this evening but as always the Bexley Goodgym delivered in our allotted time.

With time finally up and our final photos taken we looked out the window to even more rain and it wasn't going to let up. This actually has a good and bad effect. One, yes we were going to get wet, but two, we always seem to get PB's on the way back home.

As always i want to say a massive thank you to everyone that came along last night and braved the weather, you guys are just awesome........... Tim
