Trimming hedges and weeding at Hogsmill
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Hogsmill Community Garden in Kingston upon Thames.
- Sunday, 29th of May 2022
- Led by Rachel White
Four GoodGymers gathered to our regular haunt on Sunday morning to help with few tasks on Julie’s list. Under the watchful eye of Brian, Craig got on with trimming to tops and sides of the hedges lining the fence whilst Zoe, Emily and Petra took on the weeds in the path. With a rock solid ground, it was a workout and a half but Zoe’s resilience and determination to get to the roots of the weeds paid off, leaving the path nice and clear. We were all rewarded with a beautiful fresh lettuce to take home. Happy Sunday!
