We climbed up from the town centre, through High Town and on to Hitchin Road where our task awaited.

We got stuck in clearing up the weeds growing along the road here. Spades, hoes, shears, brushes and brooms went rapidly through the overgrowth, restoring this path to a neat and tidy state. Great effort from everyone in the team, getting a huge stretch done!

Job done we headed on to People's Park where we did a short pressups-and-side-planks workout to the tune of Chumbawumba's Tubthumping , and then on back into town.
