Another new month and another GoodGym Luton parkrun takeover.

Miriam, Martin, Sam and David all helped out with a mix of marshalling and barcode scanning.

Wardown Park was feeling very autumnal with the leaves browning and dropping all around us as we helped 260 people complete their Saturday 5k. 1300km in total, that's the distance from Luton to Valencia!
