A great turnout of runners joined in for this postal tour of the outskirts of High Town, delivering flyers for FoodCycle, where friendly faces and food are available for those who need it, every Tuesday night.

With steep hills and many houses sitting atop steep steps it was tougher than it sounds, furiously fast-posting flurries of flyers, seeking the additional volunteers that FoodCycle need!

Before too long we were wiped out of flyers so took a chance for a good stretch, before setting off over the hill for a lap of Wardown lake and then back through town to our start point.
