A continuation of last weeks tasks with more planting of trees and sanding of the dock side railing.

We again split into two teams

Callum,Helen and I planted Blackthorn this evening. These and the other trees we have planted will spend 6 months maturing in the posts before being replanted in and around Cody Dock ensuring home and food for the local wildlife.

The dock area is continually being repaired and updated and part of this is the updating of the dock railing. Kevin,Rosa,Paul and Hilary headed dockside to sand and then paint the railing but sadly a drop in temperature caused issues with the paint so extra sanding was completed.
