On Saturday, November 25, two of us from GoodGym joined the annual Christmas party for Tiny Forest South, organised by Earthwatch. It was a celebration of all the good work achieved by local Tiny Forests in London and the Southeast. Tiny Forests are small patches of land that are planted with native trees and shrubs to create a dense and diverse mini-forest. They provide a habitat for wildlife, improve air quality, reduce noise pollution, and increase biodiversity. They also offer a place for people to connect with nature and each other, and to learn about the environment. It was good to share conversations about our own individual tiny Forest and about ideas to further develop the community based around these special plantings. Earth Watch put on a fabulous spread of food followed by a raffle of environmental books. thank you.!

also Thanks to everybody who came to share their stories. It was very inspiring. Let’s hope we can grow the community and awareness about our local environment. great to meet Lorenzo from Oxford Gg

I know it’s early, but have a great Christmas and let’s look forward to a more sustainable future!

ps we did a great GoodGym walk along Parkland walk. another great Green space in London. Lovely for cycling running or just plain old walking.
