Multi porpoise fitness
What an absolute delight to see you all tonight. It almost felt like normality with 14 of us joining together for our Monday night session.
There wasnt a good deed but there was plenty of good feeling amongst us all.
After the usual welcomes we went straight into a 25 minute running based workout including running on the spot, sprints, heel touches, lunges , lunges, burpees and a series of core and abs exercises.
We completed the session with the kettle boil challenge with Steve completing continuous impressive tricep dips until the kettle bubbled and boiled.
..... and then the best bit! The post workout drink and catch up chat including my whale/dolphin faux pas :)
