I phoned Ms J to discuss her shopping list which consisted of a few particular varieties of milk and milk alternatives and some less particular varieties of jams, bread and essential biscuits. Ms J said that she and her husband were very flexible and happy with any type and any brand of bread, jam and biscuits. After the long queue wait to get into Sainsbury’s I made some quick decisions on the type of items requested without getting into a jam and before long I was on my way to make the delivery. Ms J and her husband saw me approaching their front door and stood at the window while I placed the shopping on their door step. They were so pleased with their delivery and expressed their gratitude although I don’t think the applause was necessary! I’m saving mine for the NHS tomorrow evening 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
