Mr C had been looking for a couple of furniture units to store his impressive collection of CDs. Originally, he considered buying two bookshelves from British Heart Foundation charity shop. The cost of delivery made that option £50 more expensive than purchasing flat pack furniture, so Mr C decided on the budget route. And what do you do when you are an isolated, older person with flat pack furniture to assemble? Who you gonna call? GoodGymers!

On a Sunday afternoon Ammrs and Kash met in King's Cross to build two tall CD-shelves to give Mr C's music a new, worthy home. Luckily, all parts to build the first unit were delivered and Mr C had a hammer and two Phillips screwdrivers available. And there were even instructions - what a luxury! It didn't take long for Ammrs and Kash to turn the 2D pieces of plywood into a proper 3D bookshelf - I mean: a CD-shelf!

The second unit was almost the same as the first one, just a little bit bigger. Oh, and it was missing one dowel. But that was minor detail - not enough to stop Ammrs and Kash! The dream team didn't need instructions to assemble the shelf number two in nearly half the time it took them to complete the first piece of furniture. Experience is the best teacher. Apologies to all flat pack furniture lovers among Camden GoodGymers - no follow-up mission needed for this one!
