Today we went out of the Park to do more weeding in beds by the railway station. The beds come under the jurisdiction of Victoria Park and hadn't received any attention for a while. The planting was in rows and we worked our way down with hoe and fork until we'd cleared all the weeds. It was nice to be amongst the hustle and bustle of people and traffic today rather than the quieter areas in the Park. We were also stopped for directions alot by people coming from the Station - must have been our hi-vis! We enjoyed refreshments back at the Park Cafe before session end.
