Weedy work

What better way to end the day and clear the head than with a bit of pruning.
Thankfully with Danielle's help, deciding which 'dead' plants to keep in such a biodiverse area was easy. Carefully pruning and removing a few to allow the remaining plants the space to grow, takes patience. But the end result certainly left me feeling the benefits of joining this task.
We were a little weedy (thin) on the ground so hoping there will be a few more volunteers to help next week.
Why not sign up to a weekly session or join as many as you can over the remainder of summer. There's plenty to do.
We hope to have a Goodgym Taskforce member on site but otherwise Danielle or a member of her team from New Malden Town Centre Partnership will be on hand with instructions.
