I got the call from the Kingston Council to say that Mr D cannot leave his house due to medical reasons and needs some shopping delivered. When I saw the weight of his shopping list I decided to use my bicycle and filled my bike bags, basket and backpack with everything that he’d requested. I got a good workout from my fully loaded pedal up the hill to Berrylands. Mr & Mrs D were very pleased with their shopping delivery.
