On what was probably the wettest Tuesday evening for a long time. Six GoodGym Coventry runners made their way to the Social supermarket. Some of the puddles were not puddles but lakes. Unfortunately Helen had forgotten we were coming so we had a small wait to catch up and try and keep warm. We learnt about Cycling at Cannock Chase and Jackie's impending long run- all the best Jackie!

Once Helen arrived, we set to cleaning the kitchen and tidying a cupboard which had been a bit of a dumping ground!

We then ran back as quickly as we could to stop ourselves from getting colder- autumn has very much arrived.

We are back at the Social Supermarket next week.
