Tonight on a rather wet day, the group went for a steady 5k run. Rob led the way, taking us around the Jewellery Quarter, back towards the city centre, before we ran through St Paul's Square and back to 1000 Trades.

Once done most of the group had a drink, which Sam joined us for.
