.. What a day for a daydreaming girl!

We have been having such gorgeous weather which has been wonderful to get active in, but not so great for the saplings we helped plant before the lockdown! So today during my lunch break I ventured to Brunel's Birthplace Monument park where we planted several trees back in mid March.

Armed with several containers of water (as I was popping into Wild Thyme's refill station on my way back home) I managed to water 5 of the saplings, whilst enjoying the carpet of daisies across the park and playground. It's beautiful to see what nature does when we leave it to itself for a while!
