It was soooo good to be out on a mild Monday in one of our favorites - Upton Court Park doing what we love doing… fitness mixed with a litter pix!

After a mini fitness session of tribe and circuit cones we headed out to the other end of the park to start the task.

I had already done a litter lap to vet the worst areas so although we knew the car park was a litter bit messy tonight we thought we’d do a pick n mix by starting in the bushes instead!

Agnija couldn’t wait to get started. She was heading off in any which way she could to grab that trash

Sandy was on the bounce back from her isolation week so was just happy to be out. She did a great job of clearing out the caged off area!

It was Nimi first time at Upton Court Park. Discovering new areas is one of the beauties of GoodGym and all the varied tasks we do… and unlike Shout out to my Ex we do revisit places and this is one of our popular parks to revisit (maybe like an Ex??!)

Pam was just happy as usual… no Black Magic can stop our Pam was getting stuck in

And I was..as usual telling stories but I promise No more sad songs…

Anyway! Enough of the Little Mix tape, our hoard tonight consisted of a basket of treasures! Enough plastics, wet wipes, crisp packets, cans and food wrappers to fill 3 bagfuls!
