This week 6 Southwark runners joined our weekly Fitness & Social catch up.
The main topic this week was an exercise request by Anna's niece, Isabel, simply described as the 'Wiggle'!
In our 15 minutes of body weight exercises, I included a 'Wiggle' which involved placing forearms on the floor, lifting the hips in the air and twisting from side to side keeping feet in contact the ground. This gave us a good workout for obliques as well as a bit of laugh! With arms, legs and core nicely drilled, we continued our evening with a catch up on all things GoodGym.
